Trista is our Wellness Director who oversees the clinical needs of our community.  This includes managing healthcare services, medication delivery, and developing each individual resident's care plans. Trista started her nursing career in 2008 as an LPN in healthcare and long-term care. With over a decade of healthcare experience, Trista wanted to obtain more knowledge and expertise in her career and field. She decided to return to school and obtained her RN license. Prior to joining Haven at Lakewood, Trista worked in Grafton & Lorain's Correctional Centers and was a Wellness Director in a local Medina community. These opportunities helped her gain more experience and confidence in the nursing field. Trista loves working with seniors and is excited to be a part of the Haven Leadership team.
