Stephen is the Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily operations of the community, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents and achieving high resident satisfaction. He has been in the healthcare industry, in leadership roles both as an administrator and regional, for over 15 years. Stephen has worked for several regional and national providers of assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and behavioral throughout Michigan and Ohio including Altercare, Rae-Ann, and Diversicare. During his long and distinguished career, Stephen has achieved, among other honors, recognitions for high resident and associate satisfaction, full capacity, successful leadership, low associate turnover and deficiency free surveys. Stephen is a licensed nursing home administrator. He attended SUNY Oswego and graduated with degrees in business administration and human resources.
