Lisa has been a registered nurse for almost 25 years. She started off in Communications/Public Relations then went into the nursing field. The past 17 years have been spent in senior living, the majority of which has been in Clinical Leadership. Lisa has held a variety of roles in Assisted Living & Memory Care communities, including being the Executive Director for a new start up community, a nursing/wellness director and regional nurse. She is a certified dementia practitioner and has a certification in Infection Control from the CDC and American Health Care Association.

Lisa has a BA in Communications from the University of Toledo and Nursing Diploma from Huron School of Nursing. Lisa says her goal is for residents to maintain their health, physically, emotionally and spiritually and promote independence while providing optimum quality care in a safe environment.
