Katelyn is the Community Relations Director responsible for sales and marketing and has helped numerous families find placement for their loved ones. She started her healthcare career around 10 years ago as a Resident Care Assistant and First Impressions Coordinator before becoming Admissions Coordinator, Business Development Coordinator and Marketing Director for various providers of skilled nursing and assisted living throughout Ohio. Katelyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Families Studies, with a concentration in Gerontology, from Kent State University. She loves working with seniors and their families in order to guide them through the process; maintaining relationships with physicians, social workers and case managers to find the best solution for our senior adults; and acting as a hospital liaison between the community, case manager and resident to help bring them back home to Haven.
